SUB.:- 21ST WORLD SCOUT JAMBOREE :OPERATION ONE WORLD 

            (OOW) CONTINGENT STAFF.

Dear Sir/Madam,

 

The Bharat Scouts & Guides has been requested by Asia Pacific Region of WOSM to nominate one (01) Adult Leader as “APR Contingent Staff” to support the Regional Patrol and to liaise with the Jamboree team before and after the World Jamboree 2007.

 

You are , therefore requested kindly to recommend one candidate from your state for the above cited event if he fulfills the following criteria:- 

 

·        between 18-45 years of age –male or female.  Candidate above 45 years of age can  be considered as a second priority.

·        knowledge of both written and spoken English.

·        good moral behaviour, efficient leadership, capable of giving impact of Scouting image in the Community.

·        who is NOT CAPABLE TO AFFORD to attend the World Jamboree with his own means.

 

You are requested to please send the name(s) of eligible candidate in the proforma enclosed for  participation in the above cited event. Selection will be made out the candidates recommended by the states. APR/WOSM will bear the travel and registration expenses. Visa Fee may however will be borne by the candidate himself. 

 

The last date for receiving the names of candidates is 18th March 2007.
