Dear Sir/ Madam,

We are happy to inform you that the Girl Guides of Canada- Guides du Canada’s is pleased to extend an invitation to our members to attend 12^th National Camp Guiding Mosaic 2010- the cornerstone event of Canada’s 100^th Anniversary Celebrations. Guiding Mosaic 2010 stands GM 2010 will be held at Guelph, Province of Ontario, Canada from 8^th July to 17^th July 2010.

Below are the basic information of the 12^th National Camp Guiding Mosaic 2010.

Name of the Event	:	12^th National Camp, Guiding Mosaic 2010.
Dates	:	8^th July to 17^th July 2010.
Venue	:	Guelph Lake Conservation Area, Guelph, Ontario.
Language	:	English will be the official working language of Camp.
Eligibility with Age	:	Guides between 11-17 years old with female adult leaders- either full patrols of 8-10 Guides with two Adult Leaders or half patrols of four girls with one Adult leader.
Programme & Activities Highlights	:	A wide range of activity selections will be offered to all participants allowing each the opportunity to choose their own schedule from the following categories: Adventure activities, Arts, Sports, Science & Technology, Service, Waterfront and Special Events and Out trips to nearby places of interest. These may include: African Lion Safari, Stratford Festival, St. Jacobs, Wings of Paradise, Elora Gorge, Niagara Falls, Metro Toronto Zoo and other Toronto attractions also within a day’s travel.
Caution Money	:	Rs. 3000.00 paid to National Headquarters, New Delhi. In the form of Demand Draft in favour of Director, BS&G, payable at New Delhi.
Air Fare	:	Air Fare Delhi- Guelph, Ontario, Canada and Back (Subject to Change): Total: Rs. 1,13,065 (approximately)	Economic Class Fare: Rs. 81,000. Airport Taxes: Rs. 24,999. Visa Fee: Rs. 7086 Total Rs. 1,13,065.(approx)
Camp fee	:	$ 900.00CDN per person plus $45.00 (5%) GST= $945.00 CDN for the 10-day event. Inclusive of food, excursions and program activities. Return ground transportation cost from Toronto Pearson’s International Airport to the camp Location is included.
Payment Schedule	:	1^st Installment-upon on line registration-$300.00+ $15.00 (GST) 2^nd Installment- upon on the line selection of activities-$300.00 + $15.00 (GST) 3^rd and Final Installment- March 2010-$300.00 + $15.00 (GST).
How to reach	:	Guelph Lake is less than one hour away from Toronto and just a five-minute drive north of the city of Guelph, a thousand acre lake is nestled in the scenic countryside of Guelph Township. The Speed River reservoir has formed a 1000acre man-made lake ideal for a wide- range of recreational activities. The gently rolling fields are service and ideal for group camping. The island stage area and grassy fields provides an excellent programming centre.
Weather	:	Average July temperature range from 14-26C with an average of 82mm of rain and 267 hours of Sunshine.
What to bring	:	Following materials is a must to be carried by each participants: two sets of correct and complete uniform as per APRO Part II & III, track suit, warm bedding, sleeping bag, ruck sack, sleeping mat, toilet requisites, torch, water bottle, rope, plate, mug, spoon, writing materials, first-aid kit, comfortable sports shoe, sweeter/jacket, lunch box, p-cap, flashlight, rain gear & other necessary materials required for the Camping programme.
Last date of receive application at NHQ	:	28^th February 2009.

You are requested to send the nomination of the eligible participants on the prescribed application form to the National Headquarters, BS&G, New Delhi latest by 28^th February 2009..
