Sub: International Staff Exchange Programme- Nepal.

Dear Sir/ Madam,

 

            We are happy to inform you that the APR office WOSM is promoting a short term staff exchange programme. The details of the programme are as below.

  1. Purpose: The purpose of this programme is to exchange is to provide staff at different Training Centres.
  2. Camp Site proposed: Kakani International Training Centre, Kakani Village Development Community, Ward No. 6, Nuwakott District, Nepal. 25 km from Katmandu, Northwest. at an altitude of 2000 meters above sea level.
  3. Requirements: a. Age: 18 to 40 years.

                              b. Physically fit and mentally sound.

                              c. Able to speak and write English well.

                              d. willingness to work for full season of three months.

                              e. should be able to work independently.

4.   Support: Selected staff will be provided food, local transport and accommodation for the period of deputation.

5.   Travelling Expenses: The traveling expenses from India to Nepal and Back is to be borne by the staff selected.

6.   The details of the expected nature of work and witness is given in the attached application

            The application forms in the prescribed Performa and medical certificate (attached), must reach the National Headquarters, Bharat Scouts & Guides, Lakshmi Mazumdar Bhawan, 16 M.G. Marg, I.P.Estate, New Delhi-110002 not later than 30th October 2008.

            The selected nominees will be provided food, local transport and accommodation. However, at this stage the roundtrip airfare from their country of origin to Kathmandu, Nepal are expected to be provided by the participants.

 

Caution money of Rs. 3000.00 should be sent as a Demand Draft in favour of Director, Bharat Scouts & Guides payable at New Delhi.
