Sub: 4th APR Roundtable for Unit Leaders.

 

Dear Sir/ Madam,

 

                        This is to inform you that 4th APR Roundtable for Unit Leaders which will be held from 22  -  25 April 2009. It will be organized by the World Scout Bureau/ Asia Pacific Region in collaboration with the Sri Lanka Scouts Association.

 

Below are the basic information of the Roundtable are as follows.

:

22 - 25 April 2009.

 

Venue

:

National Youth Services Council Complex, High Level Road, Maharagama (greater Colombo Zone) 30 minutes drive from Colombo City limits and 11/2 – 2 hours drive from the Bandarnaika International Airport.

 

Arrival and Departure dates

:

At Colombo on 21st April afternoon and departure.

 

Departure

:

On 26th April 2009 morning.

Participants will be received at the Bandaranaike International Airport, Colombo by the Reception Committee.

 

Eligibility

:

Unit Leaders between 18 to 35 years should be able to speak English and physically fit and mentally sound. Only Unit Leader looking after a unit in the State / District can participate in the Roundable.

 

Registration Fee

:

 Workshop fee is US$ 100.00 per Unit Leader and payable in cash on Arrival at the venue. The fee covers Inland transportation, Souvenir items, accommodation (for five nights) and meals.
