Sub: Youth Programme and Training Commissioner’s Forum. Combodia – July 2009.

We are glad to inform you that the World Scout Bureau/ Asia Pacific Region in collaboration with National Association of Cambodia Scouts are organizing the Youth Programme and Training Commissioner’s Forum. This forum is organized based on Vision 2013 and to achieve the objectives under Youth Involvement, and to develop Educational Methods Structures.

Details of the Forum are as follows:

02	Date	07-10 July 2009
03	Venue	Siam Reap, Cambodia. The town is 7 km from the Siem Reap- Angkor International Airport. Siem Reap is accessible by direct flights from Phnom Penh (Capital of Cambodia).
04	Fee	US$ 150.00, which will include local transportation, food, accommodation of five nights, forum documents, forum souvenirs, educational tour etc.
05	Eligibility	SOC and STC (S) and Headquarters Staff with Training and Youth Programme in their Job profile
06	Fee	Caution Money Course Fee USD 150. (Subject to Change) Airfare Delhi to Siem Ream and Back via Bangkok (Subject to change) Total:	3000.00 7500.00 60000.00 approx 70,500.00 approx
07	Arrival and Departure	Arrival - 06^th July 2009 Departure. - 11^th July 2009
	Application	The Name of eligible applicants should reach on or before 31^st March 2009 with application and caution money. NHQ reserves the right to accept and reject the applications.
09	Caution Money	Rs. 3000.00 paid to National Headquarters, New Delhi. In the form of Demand Draft in favour of Director, BS&G, payable at New Delhi. ( Refundable if not selected)
