Sub: - CENTENARY FRIENDSHIP CIRCLE.

 

Dear Sir/Madam,

 

            The Sri Lanka Girl Guides Association is pleased to invite us for Centenary Friendship Circle which will be held at Family Planning Chintana Training Centre, 40 Chilaw Road, Nainamadama, Sri Lanka (around 50 Kms from Colombo and 20 Kms from Bandaranaike International Airport) from 22nd April 2010 to 27th April 2010.

 

The Details of the Event is as under:

Family Planning Chintana Training Centre, 40, Chilaw Road, Nainamadama, Srilanka (Around 50 Kms from Colombo and 20 Kms from Bandaranaike International Airport).

Objective

:

To Celebrate WAGGGS Centenary.              

To Learn about each other, their Culture and Traditions.

To Listen to one another.

To Share in discussions.

To Introduce new and exciting programmes for camping.

 

Participants (Quota)

:

5 Guiders / Leaders – Between the ages of 25 to 40 Years.

Good Command in English is a must.

Date of Arrival

:

22nd April 2010.

:

27th April 2010.

US $ 50= Rs. 2500.00 to be paid before 30th November 2009.

Rs. 3,000.00 paid to National Headquarters, New Delhi in the form of Demand Draft in favour of Director, Bharat Scouts & Guides payable at New Delhi.(if event is not attended by the participants after the selection, the Caution deposit will be forfeited).

:

In 4 bedded rooms with attached bathroom/ toilet.

Home Hospitality

:

It is offered from 27th to 30th April 2010

Last Date to receive application at NHQ: -

30th November 2009.

 

Hence, we request you to kindly to send the application of the interested participants which is enclosed herewith along with the passport size photographs and caution deposits of Rs. 3000.00 through Demand Draft in favour of Director, Bharat Scouts & Guides payable at New Delhi. Passport should be kept ready to avoid any delay and disappointment.
