SUB.:-4^TH INTERNATIONAL GATHERING FOR “SCOUTING AND INTELLECTUAL

INITIATIVES”–SHARJAH, UAE- 3^RD TO 13^TH FEBRUARY 2010.

Sir/Madam,

We are very happy to inform you that the 4^th International Gathering for “Scouting and Intellectual Initiatives” will be held at Sharjah, UAE from 3^rd to 13^th February 2010. The details of the same are hereunder:-

Name of the Event	4^th International Gathering for “Scouting and Intellectual Initiatives”.
Venue	Sharjah, UAE
Dates	3^rd to 13^th February 2010.
Eligibility Criteria	The following eligibility criteria for the participant in the above cited event. - Male, between 18-22 years old - Good command of spoken English - Preferably involve in humanitarian/community actions in your association - Participation is preferred for members who did not attend the above event before.
Financial Assistance	For one selected candidate, sponsorship for Economy class airfare from Delhi to Sharjah, UAE will be paid by APR Office. Other participants will have to bear whole expenses of this trip.
What to bring	- Correct & complete Uniform as per APRO Part II, Personal Kit and other belongings, etc.

You are requested to kindly send the name of eligible candidate in the prescribed proforma to the Bharat Scouts & Guides, National Headquarters, New Delhi on or before 10^th January 2010 for participation in the above cited event.
