SUB.:- 2ND Special Integration Camp under Messenger of Peace Project, 2012-

             Pakistan….. Regarding. 

REF.:- NHQ Circular No. 158/2011, dated 16.12.2011.

 

Dear Sir/Madam,

 

            Your kind attention is drawn towards above National Headquarters Circular No. 158/2011, dated 16.12.2011 on the cited subject.

 

            As you are aware that the ensuing 2nd Special Integration Camp under Messenger of Peace Project, 2012 will be organized by the Pakistan Boy Scouts Association from 20th to 24th March 2012 at its National Headquarters Campsite, Islamabad for participation of 100 Rovers and Rangers between the age of 17 to 25 years from India. Till date we have not received any response for participation of the eligible Rovers and Rangers from your State in the above cited Camp.

 

            In this connection, you are requested once again to send the nomination of the eligible participants on the prescribed Application Form, photocopy of the valid Passport along with the Caution Money of Rs.3,000/-  to the National  Headquarters, Bharat Scouts & Guides, New Delhi latest by 10th February 2012.
