            It’s our pleasure to inform you that we have received an invitation of the International Event at Thailand for their 50th Anniversary Camp of the Girl Guides Association of Thailand from 10th to 17th December 2006. The Details are as follows:-

Rajaya Puraskar Guides above 13 years of age

5 Girl Guides         1 Adult Leader

10 Girl Guides       2 Adult Leader

Preparation of Overseas Participants

:

1.       Exhibitions: Materials for exhibition about your association. (materials could be kept to our association as a souvenir)

2.       International Night Performance (Approximately for 10 minutes):

Costumes, materials for your performance, tape.

3.       Booth exhibition/international market: Materials for introducing your country and your activities, handicrafts, sharing or cooking of your traditional food (bring your own ingredients for approximately 200 persons or if preparation is needed from our association, please inform in advance)

4.       Others: national costumes, uniforms, camp uniforms, personal items, flashlight, hat, stationary, etc.

USD 200/Person including meals accommodation transportation, camp fees, camp T-shirts badges souvenirs & study tour

The following expenditure will be born by the participants:
