Subject: The Parade of
Queens Scouts and the National Scout Service Windsor Castle, 2007-Participation
invited.
Madam/Sir,
Two representatives
along with one escort have been invited from India to participate at the Parade
of Queens Scouts and the National Scout Service, Windsor Castle, 2007. The
following information is provided to help the eligible Scouts/Guides and one
escort to participate: -

April to Monday 23rd April 2007. A weekend programme is
planned for participants that will include Dormitory accommodation at Baden
Powell House, South Kensington, a London experience and the weekend
culminating with the Parade and Service at Windsor Castle. |

4. Eligibility |
i. The participation is
strictly restricted to recent Rashtrapati Award holder and should be within the age group of 16-20 years on 1st
April 2007. ii. Escort should be a
trained unit leader. |

5. Fee |
i. Caution Money Rs. 3,000/- ii Travel Expenses Rs.43,000/- iii Food & Local
Conveyance etc. Rs. 4,800/- Rs.
50,800/- (The food and local travel
expenses for Scout/Guide may be exempted by the Organisers) |
Since the
information has to be sent by 15th February 2007, it is requested
that the necessary details be sent in enclosed Performa along with caution
money immediately.
It is a great honour
and opportunity to participate in the Queens Parade at Windsor Castle. I request
you to please send nominations of best eligible Scouts & Guides who are
willing to spend the fees and are really deserving to participate in the Queens
Parade.
