Dear Sir/ Madam,

            We are happy to inform you that Asia Pacific Regional Scout Conference is organizing the Asia – Pacific Regional Course for Leader Trainers (APR CLT) as an ancillary event tobe held International Youth Centre (IYC), Jalan Yaacob Latif, Bandar Tun Razak, 56000 Cheras, Kaula Lumpur, Malaysia.

            Following are the basic information of the Asia- Pacific Regional Course for Leader Trainers- Malaysia.

International Youth Centre (IYC), Jalan Yaacob Latif, Bandar Tun Razak, 56000 Cheras, Kaula Lumpur, Malaysia.

Purpose

:

The purpose of having the Regional CLT just prior to the conference is to provide participants the opportunity to attend the conference after the course. Therefore, NSOs are urged to include their CLT participants in the country delegation to the conference either as delegate or observer.

Quota

:

Since the Course participation is limited to a maximum of 50 participants, NSOs are requested to nominate their candidates well ahead of time to ensure the possibility of their participation by nominating One – Two names per NSO.

Registration Fee

:

Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) 500.00 Indian Rs. 7000.00 per participants and the fee is fixed in Malaysian Ringgit. This will cover inland transportation, accommodation (from 18 – 25 October 2009), food (from dinner of 18th October to breakfast of 26th October 2009), course materials, souvenirs and educational tour.

Participants

:

This workshop is proposed to gather a maximum of 50 national and sub- National level Leaders who are involved in the management of the Organization. Leaders connected to Scout supplies, literature, organization policy and procedures.

 

Travel Arrangement

:

Participants should plan to arrive on 18th October 2009 and may leave 26th October 2009 if not attending the 23rd APR Scout conference.
