SUB: International Guide Camp 2008.

Dear Sir/Madam,

The International Guide Camp 2008 is organized as part of the Association’s 90^th Anniversary Celebrations of Girl Guiding in Malaysia.

The following particulars in this connection are given below:

Event: International Guide Camp 2008.

Date: 17^th August 2008 to 22^nd August 2008.

Venue: Ulu Kenas Forest Reserve & Nation Building Camp at Kaula Kangsar, Perak.

Theme: Think About Water

Age: 13 to 15 years old.

Cost: USD 250/- per person (inclusive of Activities and excursion charges). A non-refundable deposit of USD 100/- per person is required by 30^th April 2008. The remaining USD 150/- per person is due to be paid by 17^th July 2008.

Quota: Six Girls and Two Leaders.

Activities: An exciting programme is being developed for participants. Girls will be having lots of fun indulging in water based Activities, Adventurous Courses, Crafts, Dances, Community Work, Offsite Visits, Excursions and much more. This Camp is for “One to Remember”.

Home Hospitality: Home Hospitality will be available for 2 nights before and after the event if required.

Caution Money: Rs.3000/- (to be deposited at National Headquarters) or Send Demand Draft in favour of Director, Bharat Scouts & Guides Payable at New Delhi.

Air Fare: Rs. 30,000/- approx. (both ways)
