SUB: National Rover/Ranger Samagam

Dear Sir/Madam,

National Rover/Ranger Samagam is going to be held at NTC Pachmarhi from 10^th to 15^th June 2006. Details about the Samagam are as follows: -

NAME OF THE EVENT	:	NATIONAL ROVER/RANGER SAMAGAM
DATES	:	FROM 10^TH TO 15^TH JUNE 2006
VENUE	:	Tharman Park, Queeni park of The National Training Centre Pachmarhi.
QUOTA ALLOTMENT	:	Rovers/Rangers as per following quota may be deputed: Rovers _________ Rangers _________ Total __________
ELIGIBILITY	:	Rovers/Rangers between 18 to 25, completed Praveen stage having good health may depute.
DEVELOPMENT FEE	:	Rs.50/- from the Rovers & Rangers and Rs.100/- from Adult Leaders (if any) will be charged as Development Fees at the time of registration in the Camp
SPECIAL FEE	:	Rs.30/- per head as Special Fee at the time of registration in the Camp
TRAVELLING EXPENDITURE	:	Actual Bus fare and 2^nd Class concessional train fare on production of original bus tickets and photocopy of the train tickets will be reimbursed according to the quota allotment.
REPORTING DATE	:	10^th June 2006 before Lunch
RELIEVING DATE	:	15^th June 2006 after lunch
MATERIAL	:	Following materials is must to carry by each participant: - Two sets correct and complete uniform, Sleeping bag, Water bottle, Sleeping mat, Rucksack, Haversack, Torch, light, Rain coat, Plastic sheet 2 Mtr, Long nylon rope 5 Mtr, Knife, mug, plate, spoon and toilet requisites.

You are requested to send list of participants to National Headquarters on or before 31^st May 2006.
