SUB:    Rashtrapati Scout/Guide Testing Camp Observers And Examiners Training Cum Workshop At Ntc, Pachmarhi.

 

Dear Sir/Madam,

We are happy to inform you that the Training cum Workshop for the Rashtrapati Scout/Guide Testing Camp Observers and Examiners will be held at NTC Pachmarhi from 30th May to 5th June 2006. Details of the event are as follows: -

RASHTRAPATI SCOUT/GUIDE TESTING CAMP OBSERVERS AND EXAMINERS TRAINING CUM WORKSHOP

:

From 30TH May to 5TH June 2006

 

VENUE

:

National Training Centre, Pachmarhi (Madhya Pradesh)

 

ELIGIBILITY

:

LT/ALT in Scout/Guide Rover/Ranger section, who are good in Scout/Guide skills and having the ability of organising and managing Testing Camps and Events may be considered to depute. HWB Scouters/Guiders are good in skills for testing may also be deputed.

 

DEVELOPMENT FEE

:

Rs.100/- from each candidate will be charged as Development Fees at the time of registration in the Camp

 

SPECIAL FEE

:

Rs.30/- will be charged from each candidate at the time of registration

 

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE

:

Leaders who are joining the said course will be provided actual Bus fare and 2nd Class concessional train fare on production of original bus tickets and photocopy of the train ticket and free hospitality during the course will be provided.

 

REPORTING DATE

:

30th May 2006 before Lunch

 

RELIEVING DATE

:

5th June 2006 after lunch

 

MATERIAL

:

Following materials is must to carry by each participant: -

Scout/Guide uniform, light bedding. Torch, water bottle, pen, diary, clothing’s to change and toilet requisites.
