SUB:    Workshop On Promotion Of Apr Golden Jubilee Anniversary Activity Badge.

REF:    NHQ CIRCULAR NO. 15 DATED 01.03.2006

 

Dear Sir/Madam,

With reference to National Headquarters Circular No. 15 dated 1st March 2006 about APR Golden Jubilee Anniversary Badge and its effective implementation in State and District level activities to motivate young members to earn badge and to guide unit leaders to help young members of all sections of Scout wing can work to earn the badge. A workshop is designed to be held from 5th to 8th June 2006 at National Headquarters, New Delhi. Details of the Workshop are as follows: -

WORKSHOP ON PROMOTION OF APR GOLDEN JUBILEE ANNIVERSARY ACTIVITY BADGE.

:

From 5th to 8th June 2006

 

VENUE

:

National Headquarters, 16-M. G. Marg, I. P. Estate, Opp. ITO Power House, New Delhi – 110002

 

ELIGIBILITY

:

SOC (S), ASOC (S) or District Organising Commissioners who are directly involved in promotion and implementation of youth programmes/events at the State or District level.

 

DEVELOPMENT FEE

:

Rs.100/- from each candidate will be charged as Development Fees at the time of registration in the Camp

 

SPECIAL FEE

:

Rs.30/- will be charged from each candidate at the time of registration

 

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE

:

Actual Bus fare and Train fare up to 3 tier AC will be paid to the warranted Commissioners/Trainers on production of bus tickets and train ticket in original and free hospitality during the workshop will be provided. Travelling by Satabdi Exp. or Rajdhani Express train fare will not be paid.

 

ARRIVAL

:

Before 11 00 am on 5th June 2006

 

DEPARTURE

:

8th June 2006 after lunch

 

QUOTA

:

Maximum three Organising Commissioners from each State may be deputed to participate.

 

MATERIAL

:

Following materials is must to carry by each participant: -

A set of correct uniform, bed sheet, torch, water bottle, pen, notebook, clothing’s to change, toilet requisites, etc.
