on the Scouts of the World Programme.
Dear Madam/Sir,
Your attention is drawn to the above circular inviting nominations for attending a seminar on the Scouts of the World Programme scheduled to be held at National Scout Centre, Vajiravudh Scout Camp, Sri Racha District Province of Chonburi, Thailand.
The following details are once again furnished for the information of Rovers and their leaders.
1. Name of the Event : Seminar on the Scouts of the World Programme
2. Date : 28th May to 31st May 2007
3. Venue : National Scout Centre, Vajiravudh Scout Camp,
Sri Racha District, Province of Chonburi, Thailand.
4. Eligibility : Rover Scouts, Rover Commissioners, National
Programme Commissioners, and those Scout Leaders
who are in-charge of the Senior Scouts and Rover
Sections (15-26 age range) in their respective State
Associations.
5. Expenditure : i) Caution Money - Rs. 3,000.00
(Refundable)
ii) Registration Fee - Rs. 4,400.00
US$ 100.00 only for
Each overseas participant & payable in cash upon
Arrival at the venue. The fee covers inland
transportation, souvenir items, accommodation and
food (start from dinner of 27-May-07 until
breakfast of
1-June-07)
iii) Airfare - Rs. 23,864.00

National Headquarter may grant a subsidy of Rs. 10,000.00 each for the two best Rovers selected out of the total application received.
You are, once again requested to recommend the names of the eligible candidate and send their applications (preferably through email or fax) in the prescribed form to the Bharat Scouts and Guides, National headquarters, New Delhi latest by 15th May 2007, in the proforma already sent under our circular no. 26/2007.
