Subject: APR Workshop on ICT in Scouting

Sir/Madam,

APR Workshop on ICT will be held in the first week of September 2007 at Persekutuan Pengakap, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia from 5^th September to 9^th September 2007.

You are requested to send the names of interested participants from your State/District Headquarters who can bear the travel cost to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and the Registration fee.

The Registration fee in US$ 150. The travel expenses by Air to and fro would be Rs. 21000 (including taxes) + Visa Fee. Since the time is short, you may recommend the name of willing participants who have valid Passport. The following details are futher submitted:

Dates	:	5^th to 8^th September 2007. Participants are expected to arrive on 4^th September and leave on 9^th September.

Eligibility	:	Target participants are volunteer or full-time staff responsible for ICT and Communications. Scout leaders responsible for PR and marketing, youth programme and adult leadership are most welcome.
