Sub: Nomination for
APR Training Pool.
Dear Sir,
The Asia Pacific Region has formed the “ APR Training Pool” to provide supporting role in adult Scouting . The Nominations are invited from the States for inclusion in Pool of Trainers who are skilled and have knowledge for delivering sessions in Adult Training and Specialization areas.
The Trainers would be invited to serve in Workshop, Seminars and Training of Adults at National and Regional Levels such as Unit Leader Training Courses, Courses for ALTs, and Courses for LTs, etc.
The candidate should at least be:-
1) ALT/LT
2) Have at least 5 years of experience in training of adults in the specialized filed.
3) Proficient in English
4) Have excellent interpersonal skills and able to adapt to various condition during training.
5) Have a sound foundation in the fundamentals of Scouting.
6) Have experience and ability to interact positions with diverse individuals and groups of adults.
There is no provision for travel cost in most cases. The Trainers would bear their own cost. But the local transportation, Food and accommodation are usually provided by the host association.
You are therefore requested kindly to identify skilled Trainers LTs & ALTs, who are interested to join the Pool by completing the information in attached sheet.
The Forms duly filled and endorsed by State Officers may kindly be returned this office latest by 15th October 2006.
