Dear Sir,

               An invitation is received from the Scouter Newzealand for participaftion in 10th Newzealand Venture ‘VO-7’. Details about the event are as follows.

Eligibility

Senior Scouts between 15th to 18th years age, completed Rajaya Puraskar may apply. Unit leaders to Escort scouts in the event may also apply.

Fees

NZ Dollars - 150 equivalent to US Dollars – 320 and                                                                                               

                                                                              Rs. 14790/-

Expenditures

Following expenditures will have to borne by the participants.

-          Coution money                                              Rs.   3000/-

      50% will be forfeited if selected and not participated.

-     Camp fees US 320                                         Rs. 14790/-

-    Air fare Approximately                                  Rs   45000/-

      Airport Taxe VISA etc.                                 Rs.    8000/-

      Total Approximately                                     Rs.  70790/-

Expedition fees

NZ Dollars 50 to NZ Dpllars 300 depending on the event closen (not compulsory)

Last date of Application

to be reached to National Headquarters on or before 30th September, 2006.
