Subject: Youth Gathering for Cultural Exchange in Egypt.

 

Sir/Madam,

            The 10th International Youth Gathering for Cultural Exchange from 21st – 31st August 2007 will be held at Cairo in Egypt. You are requested to recommend one Rover scout, age between 18-22 years and send his nomination immediately but not latter than 30th June 2007.

 

            The National Headquarters will assist one participant to the extent of $500 towards travel expenses. The balance will be born by the participants himself. The following conditions may please be noted.

 

·        Age between 18-22 years

·        Good Command in English

·        Registered with the State Association

·        Scouts involved in protection of historical and natural heritage will be preferred.

 

Expenditure to be in cured :-

 

i.            Caution Money refundable                    : Rs.  3,000.00

ii.                   Total Air fair including taxes & Visa : Rs.34,000.00

(Approximately)

   Total: Rs.37,000.00

Less $500 to be sponsored by Asia Pacific Region through Bharat Scouts and Guides.
