will organise the Asia Pacific
Strategic Leadership Workshop at Cambodia as stated in WAGGGS APOP 2005-2008 Goal 2 Objective 1 Action 2. The details are as follows:-

AIMS

To enhance the
strategic leadership skills of members who influence decisions in the MOs. |
OBJECTIVES

: |
1.
Describe the strategic directions of WAGGGS from its Vision, Crore Values and
Strategic Plans. 2.
Explore
the different styles of leadership and the impact of these styles on the
Member Organization. 3.
Define
strategic leadership and understand
the skills of a strategic leader. 4.
Explore
the ways to stimulate and drive a
clear strategic vision for the MO. 5.
Build
support and share with other Mos. |
ELIGIBILITY
|
: |
Members who influence strategic directions and are
responsible for developing the future of
the MO. The participant should
be one of the following: ·
Active
member who has attended the Development Workshop in Korea in 2003. ·
Young
woman who is a member of the aexecutive committee/board. ·
A
Commissioner or equivalent at National level. ·
Training
Commissioner/Adviser at National
level (if there is one). ·
Program
Commissioner/Adviser at National level (if
there is one). ·
Executive
Officer or paid staff of equivalent rank such as National Secretary etc (if
ther is one) ·
A
member of the executive committee/board of the MO. ·
A
member from the next level below the
national level. |

AGE GROUP

30% of
participants : 18 – 30 years 40% of
participants: 31-50 years 30% of participants:
51 years and above. |
EXPENDITURES
|
: |
Following Expenditures will occured for participation for
the selected candidates. Caution Money : (Refundable to the participants after
adjusting any extra expenditures occured for Air ticketing,Accommodation,Uniform
accessories.Candidate once selected and not participated 50% of caution
deposits will be Forfeited.)
Rs. 3,000.00 Camp Fees – 450 US $ X Rs.46/- approx. (subject to
change) Rs.20,700.00 Air fare & Taxes approximately (Subject to revision
by the Airlines) -
Rs.51,360.00 Visa & Airport Tax etc. - Rs. 6,562.00 TOTAL - Rs.81,622.00 |
Total
expenditures will have to bear by the participants or his sponsor institute. (But if you fill the form
for financial assistance, if it is
selection & accepted by WAGGGS you
may get some financial assistance otherwise
the total expenditures have to bear by the participant only.)
