SUB: Spirit of Adventure Rendezvous – SOAR 2007

Ref:- NHQ Circular no. 23/06 dated 05.04.2006

Dear Sir/Madam,

With reference to above circular, we did not receive any application forms regarding the above subject. We again remind you to send the application forms of eligible candidate.

An invitation from the International Commissioner Girl Guides of Canada for the SOAR 2007 to be held in the Province of British Columbia, Canada in July 2007. The details are as follows: -

NAME OF THE EVENT	:	Spirit of Adventure Rendezvous – SOAR 2007
DATES	:	From 20^th to 28^th July 2007
VENUE	:	Province of British Columbia, Canada (Nearest Airport Vancouver, British Columbia)
ELIGIBILITY	:	Guides age group 12 to 16 years completed Rajyapuraskar Girl Guides and 1 Leader.
PARTICIPANTS	:	4 Guides and one Leader or 8 Guides and two Leaders
COST	:	375 Canadian Dollar per person Inclusive of food, accommodation, excursions & programme activities.
EXPENDITURE	:	Caution Money Rs. 3,000/- (non-refundable if selected and not participated) Camp fees 375 Canadian Dollar approximate Rs. 15,000/- Air Fare approx. (Subject to actual) Rs. 65,000/- Visa & other expenditure (Subject to actual) Rs. 5,000/- TOTAL Rs. 88,000/-

Applications with caution money should reach the National Headquarters on or before 30^th August, 2007. Caution money Rs.3,000/- by Demand Draft in favour of Director, Bharat Scouts & Guides payable at New Delhi
