Sub:- Golden Arrow Badge and Certificate for Cubs and Bulbuls.

Ref:- APRO Part II/III, Cub/Bulbul Section.

Dear Sir/Madam,

Kindly refer our Circular No. 66/08, Dated 06.06.2008 regarding Golden Arrow Badge and Certificate for Cubs and Bulbuls. We would like to inform you that the Golden Arrow Award Ceremony is fixed from 3^rd to 7^th November 2008 at National Youth Complex Gadpuri near Ballabhgarh Haryana.

So Once again we request you to send the Golden Arrow Registration forms for Cubs and Bulbuls latest by 30^th September 2008. After that the forms will not be accepted by the National Headquarters.

Kindly treat it as urgent so that Eligible Cubs and Bulbuls may get benefited.
