SUBJECT: CANCELLATION OF ROVER/RANGERS SPECIAL SERVICE CAMP

SCHEDULED FROM 15.12.2007 TO 24.12.2007 AT BURARI GROUNDS. DELHI.

Reference: OUR CIRCULAR NOS. 98 AND 102/2007

Sir,

Your kind attention is drawn to the above mentioned circulars requesting you to send your Rovers/Rangers/Senior Scouts and Guides for Service at Burari Ground, Delhi on the occasion of Convention of Presidents of Zila Parishads and Panchayat Samitis (22 December 2007) and Rally of Rally of Sarpanches of Gram Panchayat (December 23,2007).

In this connection, it is informed that aforesaid Rally has been cancelled.

Hence you are requested NOT to send your Rovers/Rangers/Scouts for the above-mentioned event.

Inconvenience caused in this connection is regretted.
