Subject: National Strategic Planning Review Workshop.

Madam/Sir,

 

            I am to inform you that a Strategic Planning Review Workshop is being held at the National Headquarters, Bharat Scouts and Guides from 14 – 18 April 2008 in collaboration with Asia Pacific Region WOSM/ WAGGGS. The Workshop aims at adopting Strategies for the growth and development of the movement in the region and national organisation.   

 

            The following information may please be noted in this regard: -

Dates

:

14 – 18 April 2008

The participants are expected to reach by the evening of 13th April 2008. They will be relieved on 18th April 2008 in the afternoon. The booking etc may please be made accordingly.

 

Aim of the Workshop

:

To discuss issues and challenges before the National and States Scout /Guide Organizations and to lay down a strategy for the growth & development of Scouts movement. 

 

Participants

:

1 : State Secretaries

2 :State Organising Commissioner (Scout and Guide wings both)

 

Fee Chargeable

:

Development fee Rs. 150.00 per head and special fee Rs. 30.00 per head

 

Financial Assistance

:

Participants will be paid actual III AC Train fare or Bus fare on production of original /or photocopy of the ticket. (Rajdhani/ Shatabdi Express are not permitted).

Free board & lodging will be provided by the National Headquarters for actual workshop days.

 

Kit Required

:

Two sets of Scout/Guide uniform, Toilet items and clothing for changes.

 

 

            You are therefore requested to depute the eligible office bearers/ executives as above from your state to participate in the above event and also furnish their details to the National  Headquarters at your earliest in the Performa enclosed here with.
