Subject: Email facility in all the State Association, Bharat Scouts and Guides - Reg.

Dear Madam/Sir,

As per the Minutes of Information Technology & Communication Sub-Committee Meeting held at the National Headquarters, Bharat Scouts and Guides, New Delhi on 16.09.2008, it was decided that in order to ensure smooth and quick communication with the National Headquarters, Bharat Scouts and Guides, all State should have their own E-mail ID. The State Association who do not have the facility of Internet/e-mail should immediately create the E-mail ID and inform the National Headquarters by 31st March 2009. The National Headquarters, Bharat Scouts and Guides, expects a action taken report at the earliest from the States who have yet to create their E-mail ID.
