Sub:- WAGGGS LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME (WLDP) SEMINAR- I.

 

Dear Sir / Madam,

 

              We are glad to inform you that we are stepping in the Centenary Year of World Guiding in the year 2010 and Sangam is going to organize number of Events in this year and there is a golden opportunity for Rangers / Ranger Leaders / Guiders to meet sisters all over the World to share the experience and Cultural Exchange. There is a special event WAGGGS Leadership Development Programme (Wldp) Seminar- I.

Who can attend                      : Senior Guide / Ranger Leader below 30 years, who have not been to not   Sangam before and offered the Scholarship.

                                                 -Knowledge of English is Compulsory.

:

 

 

 

v      Rangers / Ranger Leaders / Guiders age between 18 – 35 years, who have not been to Sangam before and offered the Scholarship.

v      Knowledge of English is Compulsory.

v      Participants, who are able to work on advocacy, plan and prepare to work with their member States.

v      After the event follow up work is most important for the participants.

Develop skills in advocacy while gaining knowledge and experience of a global issue which faces women and girls in India today. Visit our community partners to learn about the work being done in India, and share your own experiences with participants from other regions of the world. Use the topic as a foundation for understanding WAGGGS’ three key advocacy words - educate, do speak. Create an advocacy plan to put into place and prepare to work with you Member Organization back home. Celebrate International Women’s Day with new Guiding, Scouting and Indian friends.

        

Expenditure

Rs. 1500/- Booking Fees to participate in the event. The Demand Draft will be prepared in favour of “SANGAM WORLD CENTRE”.

 

* Traveling Expenditure by self to reach Sangam.

* Event Fees Scholarship (One time basis)

Kindly send the application along with the Registration & Health forms with 03 (Three)  Photographs (in uniform) along with Demand Draft to National Headquarters for confirmation through state by 30th November 2009. Selection will be done on first come first served basis.
