We are happy to inform you that the National Level Cub / Bulbul Utsav and Golden Arrow Award Ceremony will be held from 19th to 23rd February 2010 at Bharat Scouts & Guides, National Youth Complex, Gadpuri, Haryana.

How to reach |
: |
National
Youth Complex, Gadpuri is situated in the Delhi – Palwal route. Get down at
Delhi/New Delhi Railway /Nizamudin Railway station. Frequent Buses are
available from ISBT Sarai Kale Khan /ISBT, Kashmiri Gate to Palwal. Local
Trains are also available from Delhi/New Delhi /Nizamuddin Railway Station
towards Ballabhgarh. Get down at Ballabhgarh Railway Station and pick up an Auto
Rickshaw for National Youth Complex, Gadpuri. The nearest Railway Station to
National Youth Complex, Gadpuri is Ballabhgarh, Distt. Faridabad.
Participants may also get down at Ballabhgarh if they so desire. |

Eligibility |

Cub/Bulbul between the age of 7 to 10 years and completed Tritiya Charan/Suvarna Pankh are Eligible to attend the Utsav. |

Development Fee : For Cubs & Bulbuls Rs. 50.00/- Per Head. For Adult Leaders Rs. 100.00/- Per Head. Special Fee : For Cubs & Bulbuls Rs. 30.00/- Per Head. For Adult Leaders Rs.
30.00/- Per Head. |

Programme & Activities |
: |
Following
programmes and activities will be organized in the Cub/Bulbul Utsav. All
participants should come prepared with their costumes Musical Instruments.
They should bring the materials for exhibition and for other competition to
participate in these programs and activities. Cub/Bulbul Greetings, Grand Salute, Jungle Dance/ Tara Story, Six Corner/Bulbul Tree, Story Telling, Play Acting, Model Making, Paper Cutting, Drawing, Painting, Group Song, Group Dance, Red Flower, Kalarav etc. |

Financial Assistance |
: |
Second Class concessional Train fare and Actual Bus fare (where there is no train route) on production of Photocopy of Train Tickets and original bus tickets will be paid to the Participants. The National Headquarters will also provide free hospitality during the event days. |

Materials to be Brought |
: |
Following materials should be brought with the participants: Personal Kit: Two sets of correct
and complete Uniform, other clothes, costume for cultural items (Red Flower
& Kalarav), Plate, Mug, Glass, Spoon, Toilet requisites, Warm Bedding,
candle, water Bottle, Torch, Pen, Note Book, Materials for handicraft,
drawing and Paintings, Paper Cutting etc. Weather will be little cold so warm
clothing should be brought. Contingent Kit : Dari ( Ground
Sheet) Musical instruments, Bucket, Bhagauna with lid, Thali or Parat etc. |
