Sub:     Adult Leader Trekking Programme, Durgapur, District Kaehua, Jammu &             Kashmir.

Ref:     NHQ Circular No. 17 and 18 dated 20.01.2009.

 

Dear Sir/ Madam,

 

            With reference to subject cited above, we would like to inform you the following.

 

  1. There will be 2 Trekking Programs at the same Venue, 1st from 20-24 March 2009 and 2nd from 25-29 March 2009. The State Associations are requested to depute participants for both the programs.

 

  1. How to reach the Base Camp.

 

      The participants will have to board buses from Jammu Bus Stand to reach Durgapur popularly known as Nagrota Gujroo, which is about 60 Kms from Jammu. Participants can take Buses from Jammu to Billawar and get down at Durgapur (Nagrota Gujroo) from where they can reach the Base Camp Sri Hari Ashram.

 

3.  This program is for Trained Unit Leaders only. Rovers Rangers are not eligible for this program.
