Sub: Change of Venue for Adult Leader Trekking Programme from Durgapur, District Kaehua, Jammu & Kashmir to Amba Kids HSS, Panthal (Vaishno Devi).

Ref: Circular No. 17,18 dated 20.01.2009 and Circular No. 22 dated 11.02.2009.

Dear Sir/ Madam,

With reference to the Circulars cited above, we are to inform you that due to unavoidable Circumstances and non availability of space the proposed Venue for the Adult Leader Trekking Programme at Durgapur, District Kaehua, Jammu & Kashmir is shifted to Amba Kids Higher Secondary School, Panthal (Vaishno Devi) both the programmes first from 20-24 March 2009 and Second Programme from 25-29 March 2009 will be held with the base camp Amba Kids HSS, Panthal, (Vaishno devi). The Other information regarding the camp will be same as per Circular No. 17 and 18.

The Details are as follows.

Name of the Event	:	Adult Leader Trekking Programme.
Changed Venue	:	Amba Kids HSS, Panthal (Vaishno Devi).
How to Reach	:	Direct Buses are available from Jammu Railway Station and Bus stand to Katra Vaishno Devi. Katra is 7 Km from Panthal. Scouts / Guides will be available at Katra Bus Stand in Uniform on 19,20 and 24, 25 March 2009.they will guide you to reach the base camp.
