Sub:           Strategic Plan – Vision 2013 - Youth Programme- Review.

Ref:           National Strategic Plan, Action Plan for 2008-2010.

 

Dear Madam/ Sir,

 

      As per the Strategic Plan of Bharat Scouts & Guides, it was recommended by the representatives of the State Association that National Headquarters may conduct a survey for review of Youth Programme during the 2nd Quarter of Year 2009. We are enclosing herewith format for review of the Youth Programme by the Scouts / Guides and their Unit Leaders.

 

      You are requested to kindly conduct a survey and submit the response forms from at least 10 Scouts/ Guides and 5 Unit Leaders belonging to both Urban and Rural Areas. The Survey forms may kindly be returned to NHQ latest by 31st August 2009 for consolidation.
