Sub: Golden Arrow Badge and Certificate FOR Cubs And
Bulbuls.
Ref: APRO Part II/III Cub/Bulbul Section.
Dear
Sir/Madam,
We
are happy to announce that National Headquarters will be presenting Golden
Arrow Badge and certificates to those Cubs and Bulbuls, who earn the Badge
requirement to quality the Golden Arrow Badge as per APRO Part II and III.
Certain amendments in the Cub/Bulbuls
syllabus were recommended by the Rules Committee and accepted by the National Council
in its Meeting held on 18th October 2005 at Haridwar. In order to the changes application form of
Registration for Golden Arrow Badge Award Certificate has been revised, which
is attached herewith for ready reference. A set of four forms is available for
sale in equipment Dept. of National Headquarters. One copy of the filled form
be kept at the group, Second copy at District office, Third copy will be kept
at SHQ, and final page will be recommended by the SHQ, to National
Headquarters.
Cub/Bulbul qualified Chathurth
Charan/ Heerak Pankh will be eligible to fill up the Applications of
Registration for Golden Arrow Award. States office must conduct Testing Camp to
test the skills and knowledge up to Chathurth Charan/Heerak Pankh as per syllabus,
in the APRO Part II and Part III for Cubs/Bulbuls and only qualified candidates
should be awarded- Chathurath Charan/ Heerak Pankh certificates with Badge by
the State Association. A special award
presentation ceremony may be held at the State Level.
States and Districts are requested to
keep complete record of the Chathurth Charan/ Heerak Pnakh certificates which
may be needed in future for verification.
A separate Register and file must be maintained for the purpose.
Skills and Knowledge up to Chathurth
Charan/Heerak Pankh, could be tested by the National Headquarters staff before
the award presentation ceremony at the National Level and Cubs/Bulbuls not
proving up to the standard/ quality, may be regretted to award the Golden Arrow
Badge Certificate.
National Headquarters is already sent a
Circular in this regard. You may refer
our Circular No. 46/2006, dated 31-05-2006.
But none of the State has sent the Forms.
A specimen copy of application Form for
Golden Arrow is enclosed herewith these application should reach at National
Headquarters before 15th December 2006.
