I am glad to inform you that the National Integration Awareness Cycle Rally will be conducted from Jammu to Delhi dated from 2nd to 15th October 2010.

How to Reach |

Participants will report at Sree Durga Bhawan which is near to State Headquarters of Bharat Scouts & Guides Jammu & Kashmir state Association, Gandhi Nagar near General Post Office. |

Who Can attend |
: |
Senior Scout/Guide/Rover/ Ranger between 16 to 25 years of age completed Tritiya Sopan/Nipun Stage, having sound health may be selected . Each candidate has to submit physical fitness certificate by the appropriate authority Young members of Venture Club can also depute under the quota, in case the list of registered venture club may also sent to National Headquarters. Participants
should be a good Cyclist and having knowledge of Highway Traffic rules. He/She
should bring his her own bicycle in good condition with carrier to carry
his/her belongings. He/She
should carry necessary tools and able
to minor repair his /her cycle |

Fees |

Development fee Rs. 50/ for Scout/Guide/Rover Range and Rs. 100/- for Adult Leader and Rs. 30/- Special fee for all. Total Rs. 80/ for Scout/Guide/Rover/Ranger and Rs130/- for Adult Leader. |

Financial Assistance |
: |
Actual Bus fare and 2nd Sleeper Class concessional train fare will be reimbursed by National Headquarters on production of a photocopy of train tickets and bus tickets in original. Participants should purchase Railway concessional tickets (SINGLE JOURNY) from home station to Jammu and booked cycle in same train. Concession order for return Journey from Delhi to home station will arrange by NHQ ,participants will purchase tickets from Delhi |

Correct and completes set uniform as per APRO Part II &III ,Field activity uniform,, other changes, Track suit, Bedding/Sleeping bag, Sack, toilet requisites, Torch, Water Bottle, Plate Mug, Spoon, Lunch Box, First Aid Kit, Cap, Tools, Personal Medicine and other necessary materials required for Cycle Hike. |

Risk Certificate |

Each Candidate has to submit a Risk Certificate (enclosed) duly signed by the Parents and attested by the District Commissioner. |

The
list of participating candidates should reach to NHQ, BS&G New Delhi on or before 15th September 2010. |
