SUB.:- English or Hindi Translation of Letters sent to Bharat Scouts & Guides

National Headquarters in Regional Languages-Regarding.

Dear Sir/Madam,

The National Headquarters has been receiving letters, representations, petitions and their enclosures from Non-Hindi speaking parts of the Country in their Regional Languages. It becomes difficult for us at National Headquarters to get its immediate translation in English or Hindi and matter is sometimes delayed which otherwise deserved our immediate attention.

We would like to inform all the State Associations to send us English or Hindi Translation also along with the letters and their enclosures written in Regional languages. This will help us to expedite the matter as earliest as possible.
