SUB:    PIONEERING CUM ESTIMATION COURSE.

 

Dear Sir/ Madam,

 

            I am glad to inform you that National Headquarters is organizing Pioneering Cum Estimation Course at the Bharat Scouts and Guides, National Youth Complex, Gadpuri, District Palwal, Haryana from 5th to 9th October, 2010.

 

Following are the details of the event.

How to Reach

:

Gadpuri is situated on the Mathura  road in between Palwal and Ballabhgarh (Just 10 Kms. from Ballabhgarh) from Faridabad/Ballabgarh/Delhi (Sarai Kalen Khan) Buses are available  for Palwal.  Get down at Gadpuri Scout bus stand.

 

Who can attend

:

Preferably HWB Holders in Scout/Rover/Guide/Ranger Section.

 

Quota

:

Scout/Rover Section:    2

            

Guide/Ranger Section:  2

 

Fee

:

Development Fee Rs. 100/-, Special Fee Rs. 30/- Total Rs. 130/- will have to be paid by the participants at the time of Registration.

 

 

Financial Assistance

:

Actual Bus Fare and 2nd Sleeper Class Concessional Train Fare will be reimbursed by the National Headquarters on production of photocopy of Train Tickets and Bus Tickets in original (bus fare will be paid where there is no train service) and Ordinary/Express Busfare.  No Deluxe/AC fare will be reimbursed.

5th October, 2010 before Lunch.

 

Date of Departure

:

9th October 2010 after Lunch.

 

Materials to be brought

:

Following materials are to be carried by each participant.  Two sets of correct and complete uniform as per APRO Part II and III, Toilet requisites, Torch, Water Bottle, Rope, Coconut rope, Plate, Mug, Spoon, Writing Materials, Chart Paper, Sketch Pen Set, First Aid Kit, Light Bedding, Costumes for cultural programme etc.

The list of participating candidates should reach on or before 30th September, 2010.
