Sub: Conduct of 16^th National Jamboree of Bharat Scouts and Guides to be held at Shankarapally, Rangareddy District, Hyderabad (A.P.) from 3^rd to 9^th January, 2011…reg.

Sir/ Madam,

As you are aware that 16^th National Jamboree of Bharat Scouts & Guides was scheduled to be held from 6^th to 12^th November, 2009 which was postponed owing to spread of H1N1 pandemic. I am happy to inform you that now the dates have been re-scheduled and the 16^th National Jamboree will be held in the same venue i.e. Shankarapally, Rangareddy District, Hyderabad (Andhra Pradesh) from 3^rd to 9^th January, 2011.

You are, accordingly, requested to note the dates and keep your calendar free for participation in the National Jamboree. A detailed circular will soon follow.

Meanwhile I like to inform you that Jamboree fee has been revised and fixed at Rs.350/= only while the Development Fee (i.e. Rs. 100/= for Scouts & Rs. 150/= for Adult Leaders) has been kept unchanged. However, an amount of Rs. 30/= will be charged extra as insurance fee from each participant.

More information pertaining to the programmes, activities and physical arrangements etc. will be communicated in the next bulletin.
