Sub: Boarding /Lodging before and after the Meetings at NHQ.

 

 

 

Dear Sir/ Madam,

 

            It is to inform you, we are receiving various queries regarding the accommodation and Food arrangements for the members attending meetings at NHQ. 

 

The following are general Guidelines:-

 

  1. Members attending meetings at National Headquarters will be provided free accommodation one night before and one night after the Meetings.

 

  1. Dinner will be provided one day before the Meetings, and meals on the metting days and meals upto lunch will be provided very next day after the Meetings.

 

 

 

 

It is therefore requested to inform the members those who are attending the meetings to make their Travel arrangements accordingly. For accommodation and meals beyond the above,  the participants will have to pay charges as per rules of National Headquarters.

 

The detailed information, regarding the rates of Guest Rooms, Dormitory Breakfast and Lunch/Dinner etc. is enclosed herewith for kind information.

Due to over all increase in the cost, it has been decided to revise the rates of Guest Rooms, Dormitory, Breakfast, Lunch/Dinner as under:- 

NON SCOUTS                                                          UNIFORMED MEMBERS

1.                    Guest Rooms

        Two Bedded   Rs. 800/- per room                   Rs. 200/- per room, in case of single occupancy

                                                                Rs. 100/- per bed in case of double occupancy

 

                Four Bedded Rs. 1200/- per room                              Rs. 400/- per room in case of sharing accommodation

Rs. 100/- per bed in case of four occupancy

2.                Dormitory                                                                           

                Rs. 150/- Per Bed                                                               Rs. 50/- per bed

3.                Breakfast

                Rs. 50 per head (4 Bread                                

                Pieces, Butter 25 gms. With

                tea or Parantha, Curd with tea)                 Rs. 25/- per head

4.                Lunch/Dinner

                Rs. 70/- per head (Chapati,

                Rice, Subji, Achar, Papad, Curd

                & Salad)                                                                 Rs. 40/- per head

 

5.                Additional Items

With regards to the staff, the rates for Lunch in which Rice, Chapati, Dal, Curd, Subji, Achar, Papad and Salad is provided will be Rs, 25/-.

 

The rates for staff tea will be Rs. 3/- per cup.  At present the staff is provided Tea 2 times i.e. one in the morning and one in the evening free of cost, the existing practice will continue.

 

Above orders have the approval of the National Commissioner and applicable with immediate effect.  All the staff at National Headquarters, National Adventure Institute, NYC Gadpuri, NCC Noida may kindly note for information.
