Sub.:- Authorization and Recognization of
the courses.
Sir/Madam,
It
has come to the notice of the National Commissioner that some states are
conducting training courses especially Himalaya Wood Badge courses for Adult
Leaders without getting Authorization and Recognization from the Dy. Directors
(S/G) Leader Training. It is also
observed that some trainers are sending request letters for the Authorization
& Recognization for the courses directly to the NTC, Pachmarhi without
recommendation of the State Training Commissioner, which is a violation of the
Rules of Bharat Scouts & Guides.
Therefore,
it is requested that the request for Authorization and Recognization should be
sent through proper channel to the NTC, Pachmarhi well in time to avoid any
delay. Any course conducted without
such authorization will not be considered as valid and no request for
regularization will be entertained.
