Dear Sir/ Madam,

 

            We are glad to inform you that the National Integration Camp will be conducted at Saiyyad Modi Railway Stadium, N. E. Railway, Gorakhpur (U.P) from 22nd to 26th September, 2010.

 

Following are the details of the event.

Saiyyad Modi Railway Stadium, N. E. Railway, Gorakhpur (U.P).

 

How to Reach

:

Saiyyad Modi Railway Stadium, N.E. Railway, Gorakhpur is just 3 Kms. away from Gorakhpur Railway Station/Bus Stand in the east.  Auto/Rikshaw/Taxi are available from Railway Station/Bus Stand to get down the stadium.

 

Who can attend

:

Scouts/ Guides of age 14 to 17 years and must have completed at least Rajya Puraskar Badge. (Best Scouts/ Guides may please be selected).

 

Quota

:

Scouts - 08, Scouter- 01 Guides-08, Guider- 01 Total= 18.

 

Development Fee

:

Development Fee Scout/Guide Rs. 50/-, Adult Leader Rs. 100/- , Special Fee for all Rs. 30/- , Total Rs. 80/- per Scout/Guide & Rs. 130/- per Adult Leader will have to be paid at the time of Registration.

 

Financial Assistance

:

Actual Bus Fare and 2nd / Sleeper Class Concessional train fare will be reimbursed by the National Headquarters on production of a photocopy of train tickets and Bus tickets in original. Bus fare will be paid were there is no train service.

 

Date of Reporting

:

22nd September 2010 before Lunch.

Date of Departure

:

26th September 2010 after Lunch.

 

Materials to be brought

:

Following materials is must to be carried by each participants:

Two sets of correct and complete uniform as per APRO Parrt II and III, Track Suit, Sleeping Bed, Torch, Water Bottle, Rope, Plate, Mug, Spoon, Writing Materials, First Aid Kit, Personal Clothing, Materials for  State Exposition, Exhibition, items related to their states culture, musical Instruments, Traditional Costumes, for cultural Programme, Camp Fire, local food items of food Plaza and other necessary materials for  Programme.

 

Programme & activities

:

Exhibition, Quiz, Debate, Discussions, State Exposition, Folk Song, Folk Dance, Patriotic Song, Musical Instruments, Religions, Handicrafts etc. Each State will expose their Festivals, Crafts, Culture, Food, Marriages, and Development of Scouting / Guiding activities in their State. State Exposition with details of topography, history, people, habits, traditions, costumes including dress, jewellary, language, festivals and ceremonies.

:

The list of participation candidates should reach on or before 18th September 2010.
