Sub: National Rover Ranger Moot.

 

Dear Sir/ Madam,

 

            I am glad to inform you that the National National Rover Ranger Moot will be conducted at National Youth Complex, Gadpuri  from 15th to 19th September, 2010.

 

Following are the details of the event.

National Youth complex, Gadpuri, district Palwal, Haryana.

 

How to Reach

:

Gadpuri is situated on the Mathura  Road in between Palwal and Ballabhgarh (Just 10 Km from Ballabhgarh & Palwal) from Faridabad/Ballabgarh/Palwal/Delhi (Sarai Kalen Khan) Buses are available  for Palwal get down at Gadpuri Scout bus stand.  Auto service is also available from Ballabgarh and Palwal to get down at Gadpuri scout bus stand.

 

Who can attend

:

Rover/Ranger of age 16 to 25 years and must have completed at least Nipun Badge. (Best Rover/Ranger may please be selected).

 

Quota

:

Rover ___ , Ranger ___   Ranger Leader - 01 Total= ___.

 

Development Fee

:

Rs. 50/- from Ranger & Rover, Rs. 100/- from Adults Leaders.

 

Special Fee

:

Rs. 30/- per head from Ranger/Rover & Adult Leaders,

Total= Rs. 130/- from Adult Leaders and Rs. 80/- from Scouts & Guides per head will be collected at the time of Registration.

 

 

 

Financial Assistance

:

Actual Bus Fare and 2nd Sleeper Class Concessional Train Fare will be reimbursed by the National Headquarters on production of photocopy of Train Tickets and Bus Tickets in original (bus fare will be paid for were there is no train service) and Ordinary/Express Busfare.  No Deluxe/AC fare will be reimbursed.  Only shortest Route Fare will be reimbursed.

Date of Reporting

:

15th September 2010 before Lunch.

 

Date of Departure

:

19th September 2010 after Lunch.

 

Materials to be brought

:

Following materials are to be carried by each participant.  Two sets of correct and complete uniform as per APRO Part II and II, Tolet requisites, Torch, Pen, Notebook, Costumes for Cultural items, Plate and Mug, Light Bedding and Personal Cloths.

 

Programme & activities

:

Rovers/Rangers will be required to participate in Group Discussion, Debate, Youth Forum, Cultural Programme, Night Camping, Quiz, Hike, Adventure Programme, C.D. Project etc.

:

The list of participating candidates should reach on or before 10th September 2010.
