SUB: - COMMUNITY SINGING COURSE.

 

Dear Sir/Madam,

 

            It is a great pleasure to inform you that National Headquarter is going to organize  a  community singing course to prepare a talent Singing group for Scout/Guide and Patriotic  Songs.  The details of the event are as follow:-

The Bharat Scouts & Guides, National Headquarters,  Lakshmi Mazumdar Bhawan, 16, M. G. Marg., I. P. Estate, New Delhi –110002

Date of Reporting

:

06. 09.2010 Before Lunch.

Date of Departure

:

10.09.2010 After Lunch.

Quota Allotted

 

:

Each State may depute two candidates one from each wing

 

Who can participate

:

1.   Sr. Rovers/ Rangers, Unit Leaders who are interested in music with good voice, and knowledge of vocal & instrument music.

2.   He/She should be proficient in Singing.

3. He/She should be able to read and write English and Hindi.

 

Camp Fee

:

Free hospitality will be provided during the camp, each participant has to pay. Development Fees Rs. 100/- per head, Special Fee Rs. 30/- per head at the time of Registration.  

Financial Assistance

:

National Headquarters will reimburse IInd class concessional Train Fare and Actual Bus fare on production of Photocopy of the train tickets and Bus tickets in original along with the T. E. Bill.

What to Bring

:

Two sets of correct and complete uniform & Personal requisite. Each participant should bring as many Scout/Guide songs they know those who can play musical instrument they may bring them.

 

You are requested to send the name of your participants to Dy. Director (GP) at National Headquarters on or before 10.08.2010.
