We
are glad to inform you that to mark the Centenary Celebration of World Guide
Movement the National Level Trekking Programme
for Young Guiders & Senior Guides/Rangers will be organized at National
Trg. Centre Pachmarhi, Madhya Pradesh from 01st
to 05th October 2010.

The nearest Railway Station is PIPARIYA, which is on Itarsi – Jabalpur line. The distance from Pipariya to Pachmarhi is 56 Km by road. Buses, Taxies and Jeeps are available on nominal rate from Pipariya to Pachmarhi. |

Who can attend |
: |
Young Guiders & Senior Guides/Rangers between 16-35 years of age completed Advanced Training,
Tritiya Sopan/ Nipun Stage having sound health may be selected according to
the quota allotted to the State. Each candidate has to submit Physical
Fitness Certificate from the appropriate authority. Unfit candidates should
not be selected. Young members of the registered Venture Clubs can also be
deputed under the Quota. In the case list of the registered Venture Club may
be sent to the National Headquarters. Without State Headquarters deputation letter no candidate will be admitted. |

Rs. 50/- from per Candidate, Rs. 100/- from Young Guiders. |

Rs. 30/-per head from Senior Guides/Rangers & Young Guiders, |

Camp Fee |
: |
Rs. 100/- per head from Young Guiders & Senior Guides/Rangers Total Fee- Rs. 180/- for participants and 230/- for Young Guiders |

Financial
Assistance |
: |
National
Headquarters will reimburse the second class (Sleeper Class) Concessional
Train Fare and Actual Bus Fare. By Ordinary/ Express Bus of State Transport
authority on production of photocopy of Train Tickets and Bus Tickets in
Original (No. Taxi and Auto fare is allowed). Note:- If participants are traveling by private Bus rate approved by State Transport Authority is to be submitted with the T.E. Bill. |

What to Bring |

Following materials is a must to be carried by each participants: Two set of correct and complete uniform as per APRO Part III, Track suit, Warm Bedding, Sleeping Bas, Ruck- sack, Sleeping mat, Toilet requisites, Torch, Water Bottle, Rope, Plate, Mug, Spoon, Writing materials, First Aid kit, Comfortable Sports Shoe, Sweater/ Jacket, Lunch Box, P- Cap & other necessary materials required for the Trekking Programme.
