Pre-ALT Course (Scout Wing) from 12th to 16th December,
2010 at NTC, Pachmarhi.
As per the Annual Programme of Training and Event
of the National Headquarters, Bharat Scouts & Guides, the above Course will
be held as per details given below.

Financial Assistance |
Free hospitality during
the Course will be provided. Concessional 2nd Class Train fare and
actual Bus fare (where there is no train service) will be reimbursed on
production of T. E. Bill along with Bus tickets in original and Photocopies
of Train tickets to be submitted. Please bring photocopies documents, train
tickets. |

Eligibility |
1.
After issuing the HWB Parchment, a Unit Leader
should work for at least 2 years and run the unit effectively and submit the
progress report as per proforma duly verified by DOC(S) and DTC(S). 2. Should produce at least 2 Golden
Arrow Cubs or 2 Rashtrapati Scouts or 2 Rashtrapati Rovers as the case may
be. In case of Upper Primary / Middle School, Unit Leader has to produce 8
Tritiya Sopan Scouts or 6 Rajya Puruskar. |

What to Bring |
Usual camp kit, 2 Sets of correct and complete
Uniform as per APRO II (Black shoes with lace, black socks, HWB Scarf,
Woggle, Nylex Belt etc.) should be brought. Mosquito net, personal medicines,
bedding, torch, odomos tube, tracksuit, chart paper, pen, pencil, marker pen,
knotting rope are required. |
NB : Lady Cubmasters/Scout Masters who are eligible, may
send an information well in advance for arrangement of lady Trainer as staff.
A
specimen copy of application is enclosed. Duly recommended application should
reach NTC on or before 12th Nov, 2010. LATE COMERS WILL NOT BE
ADMITTED. The State Training Commissioners are requested to ensure that
application form along with all documents should reach to NTC before one month.
No participants should start to National Training Centre, Pachmarhi without
receiving the “SELECTION LETTER” issued form NTC, Pachmarhi to the individual.
Participants bringing application by hand will not be admitted. Please see that
more stress is given to Cub and Rover Section and also to unserved areas where
