Sub: 102nd Re-orientation
Course for Trainers (Scout Wing) & 96th Re-orientation Course
for Trainers (Guide Wing) for Western Region to be held at State Training
Centre, Jagatpura, Jaipur, Rajasthan from 18th to 22nd October,
2010.
A special Re-orientation course for Trainers for Western Region has been
sanctioned by the National Headquarters. This Course will be conducted at State
Training Centre, Jagatpura, Jaipur, Rajasthan from 18th to 22nd
October, 2010. Trainers are requested to undergo Re-orientation Course once in
four years. Trainers of Western region who are due for Re-orientation must attend
this course. The details of the course are as follows.

How to Reach |
Get
down at Jaipur Railway Station. Buses are available outside Railway
Station.Get on to Mini Bus No.6 or 7 out side Railway station.Get down at
Jagatpura Bharat Scouts and Guides tarining Centre.Bus stop near the Training
Centre. |

Arrival |
18.10.2010 : (Registration at 10.30 AM in proper
uniform). Late comers will not be admitted. |

Departure |
22.10.2010 : After Lunch. (Accordingly return
reservation may be made). |

Fee |
Development Fee Rs. 100/- + Special Fee Rs. 50/-
= Total Rs. 150/- only. |

Financial Assistance |
Free hospitality during the course will be
provided. 50% Concessional 2nd Class Train fare and actual bus
fare (where there is no train service) will be reimbursed on production of
T.E. Bill along with Bus tickets in original & Photocopies of Train
tickets to be submitted. Please bring photocopies of Train Tickets. |

Who can Attend |
All the ALTs / L.Ts. of Scout & Guide wings
those who are due for Re-orientation are eligible to attend the course.
Trainers should be physically fit and able to perform the activities of the
camps. |

What to Bring |
Usual camp kit, 2 Sets of Uniform as per APRO II
/ III. Scout Wing: (Black shoes with lace, black socks, HWB Scarf,
Woggle, Nylex Belt etc). Guide Wing: (Black shoes, camel color socks, HWB scarf &
woggle, Nylex belt etc). General Camp Kit: Mosquito net, personal medicines, bedding,
torch, odomos tube, chart paper, pen, pencil, marker pen, personal medicines
etc are required. Books : APRO Part
I, II / III, Scheme of Training, Job Profile. |

List of candidates duly recommended by State Training Commissioner (S/G)
should reach at NTC on or before 3rd Oct., 2010. STCs are requested
