Sub : District Level Officers Course for Eastern and Southern Regions from 21-25 November, 2010

As per schedule of events of the Bharat Scouts & Guides, National Headquarters, the District Level Officers Course for Eastern and Southern Regions will be organized at NYC, Gadpuri from 21-25 November, 2010. The aim of the course is to train the officers at District level. The details are as follows :

1	Name of the Course	District Level Officers Course for Eastern & Southern Regions.
2	Dates of the Course	21.11.2010 to 25.11.2010 (Five Days).
3	Venue	Bharat Scouts & Guides, National Youth Complex, Gadpuri, Haryana.
4	How to Reach	Gadpuri is situated on the Mathura Road in between Palwal and Ballabhgarh (Just 10 Km from Ballabhgarh & Palwal) from Faridabad/Ballabgarh/Palwal/Delhi (Sarai Kalen Khan) Buses are available for Palwal get down at Gadpuri Scout bus stand. Auto service is also available from Ballabgarh and Palwal to get down at Gadpuri scout bus stand.
5	Arrival	21.11.2010 : Registration at 10.00 AM. (Late comers will not be admitted).
6	Departure	25.11.2010 : After Lunch. (Accordingly return reservation may be made).
7	Fee	Dev. Fee Rs. 100/- + Special Fee Rs. 30/- = Total Rs. 130/-
8	Financial Assistance	Free hospitality will be provided during the camp. CONCESSIONAL Train fare and actual bus fare (were there is no Train service) will be reimbursed on production of T.E.Bills along with Photocopies of Train tickets and Bus tickets in original (Bring photocopies of train tickets).
9	Eligibility	The District Level Officers of both the wings.
10	Quota	3 + 2 respectively Scout and Guide wing = Total 5 each state.
11	What to Bring	2 Sets of correct and complete Uniform as per APRO II/III (Scouts Wing : Black shoes, Black shocks, Nylex Belt : Guide Wing : Black Shoes & Camel Colour socks, Brown leather/Nylex Belt etc.) should be brought. Usual Camp Kit : Personal requisites, Mosquito net, odomas, personal medicines, torch, Chart Paper, pen, pencil etc. Bedding, warm cloth etc. will be required as Gadpuri will be very cold during November. Books : APRO Part I, II / III, Job Profile etc.

Application duly filled in and recommended by state officials should reach to Asst. Director/Eastern Region, NYC Gadpuri on or before 6^th November, 2010. STCs are requested to take immediate action to depute eligible candidates and make use of this opportunity. Your co-operation is solicited.
