Subject: - 2nd Meeting Consultation And Advocacy For Adolescent Health And Development Project invitation there of.

Sir/Madam,

 

This is to inform you that a conference for the implementation of a project on Consultancy and Advocacy For Adolescent Health and Development sponsored by Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, Govt. of India in collaboration with UNFPA, will be held in the Conference Hall of National Headquarters of The Bharat Scouts And Guides, New Delhi from 10/11/2006 to 11/11/2006. The project details will be discussed in the conference. You are requested kindly to depute one State level officer responsible for implementing boy /girl programme in your state and also two District Chief Commissioners where the project will be implemented. Thus the total number of participants will be three (03). The details are as follows:-

 

1.         Name of the Event            Consultation and Advocacy for Adolescent Health and

Development Project - II

 

2.         Date                             10.11.2006 to 11.11.2006

 

3.         Venue                          The Bharat Scouts & Guides, National Headquarters, New

Delhi

 

4.            Eligibility                     One State level Officer and Two District Chief

Commissioner where the project will be implemented.

 

5.            Payment Fee              Rs. 100/- from each participant will be charged at the time

of Registration in the Camp.

 

6.         Special Fee                  Rs. 30/- will be charged from each candidate at the time of

Registration.

 

7.         Arrival                          09.00 AM on 10th November 2006

 

8.            Departure                   03:00 PM on 11th November 2006

 

9.         Quota                           Three = (1+2)

 

10.            Material                       The material: a set of Correct Uniform, Bed Sheet, Tourch,

Water Bottle, Pen, Note Book, Clothing for change.

Toiletries must to be carried by each participant:-

 

            The National Headquarter will provide free board & lodging alongwith the travel expenses to and fro by III A.C (fair for Rajdhani and Shatabdi not admissible).
