Subject: Refunds made to the participants of 21^st World Scout Jamboree and those

registered but did not attend.

Dear Madam/Sir,

The following refunds have been made by the National Headquarters, Bharat Scouts and Guides to the participants of the 21^st World Scout Jamboree held at London, UK from 27^th July to 8^th August 2007. Refunds through State Headquarters have also been made to those registered but could not attend the World Jamboree.

i) Excess Registration money sent in the National Headquarters by States in respect of their participants.

ii) Caution money Rs. 3000/- in each case.

iii) Excess of Air fare deposited at National Headquarters for those who traveled under the arrangement made by the National Headquarters.

iv) VISA fee of all participants who look part in the 21^st World Scout Jamboree.

A detailed statement of full refund in respect of each participant has been displayed in our website www.bsgindia.org.

All concerned are advised to note. In case they have not received the due refunds so far, State Headquarters may be contacted for further details.
