Sub:- Sangam Events Feb. 2007 to Dec. 2007

Dear Sir/Madam,

Your are aware that Sangam one of the world guide centre is located in Pune – Maharashtra, and affering total 13 scholarships to the Guide Wing who participate in international event at Sangam from February 2007 to December 2007.

This a golden opportunity for the young guiders to meet sisters from all over the world and share their experiences and culture. The list of events to be held from February 2007 to December 2007 is enclosed herewith for your kind information.

1. Who can attend:- Any member of the guide wing (youth) leaders, specially under the age of 30 years, but member over 30 years of age be considered if there are no other applicants can participate in Sangam events one time basis only.

2. Event Fees:- The event fees for the participants is granted as scholarship but not the bosking fees

for the participants to attend an event.

3. The Bosking Fees For the Event:- is Rs. 1200/- (One thousand two hundred only payable to

Sangam World Centre by Demand Draft (not refundable).

4. Travelling Expenditure:- From there place to Pune & back to & fro by the participants (self).

kindly send the applications of skilled dedicated interested candidates before 3 months of every event to National Headquarters + health forms, Sangam Scholarship forms through proper channel (i.e Unit to District, District to State & State to National Headquarters). Confirmation will be sent to the selected participants.
