Sub: Relief measure for the victims of Bihar
Flood areas.
An appeal was made vide our letter nos. BSG/NHQ/ D-6-10/ 1706/08 dated 29.08.2008 and subsequent letter dated 05.09.2008 addressed to State Chief Commissioners for taking up relief measures to the victims of Bihar Flood, and I hope that the State Associations have been doing their best to help the needy by sending their contribution through Demand Draft drawn in favour of Chief Minister Relief Fund, Bihar to the State Chief Commissioner, Bihar State Bharat Scouts & Guides.
However, we have so far received response from a far States only. I will be grateful if you could kindly inform the National Headquarters about the relief sent to the flood victims so far by your State.
