SUB: Annual Report and Census Information for the year ending 31.03.2008

 

Dear Sir/Madam,

 

            Annual Report and Census information of the Bharat Scouts & Guides has to be published for the year 2007-2008. It is therefore essential to have all-relevant information with N.H.Q well in time.

You are requested to send your annual report containing Programme Activities that have been conducted or Organized in your State from 01.04.2007 to 31.03.2008 to enable us to include the same in the Annual Report of National Headquarters, Bharat Scouts & Guides, for the year 2007-2008. The report may please be dispatched to us so to reach the National Headquarters latest by 15th June 2008 on the prescribed Proforma (enclosed).
